Tiddly Inks - Happily Ever After

Good afternoon blogger friends.

I hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend. I am having a very lazy afternoon. I am watching The Way We Were as I am writing this post - then I may watch another soppy film when this has finished.

As I mentioned in my last post I have had to make quite a few wedding cards. I am safe to post this now as the happy couple became man and wife 3 hours ago.

I have just treated myself to a new printer. My old laser printer would not take thick card and the ink cost me a small fortune. I bought an Epson 3050 Workforce and I love it. It means I can now download digi papers and the first thing I bought was Rose Cottage Charms by Michelle R Designs. Love these papers so much.

I will put a link to all of the products used at the end of this post.

I have coloured the image with Distress Markers. Frantage has been added to the die.

The flowers are from LLC and WOC.

The heart die is from Doo Hickey. The beaded embellishment is from a local craft shop.

I have decided I am going to watch The Blind Side whilst I catch up on your blogs. This is one of my favourite films. I love Sandra Bullock in this film and so does my daughter Sophie. She once said how fab it would be too have  mum like her character in this film. Thank you Sophie!!!

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges

Penny Black and More - Anything Goes
Sir Stampalot - Anything Goes
4 crafty Chicks - Anything Goes
As You Like It - Favourite papers - Love the colours and the fact that they are digi's so I can use them time and time again.
Time Out Challenges - Celebrations (butterfly at the bottom of the flowers)
Natalie and Amy - Die Cuts and flowers
Allsorts Challenge - Favourite things (Doo Hickey Die)
Just Us Girls - Ribbon
Craft For the Craic - Craft item never used before (Tiddly Ink stamp)
Digitally Sweet Challenge - Favourite Colour (digital papers)
CCEE Stampers - Song inspiration (Chapel of Love)

Have a lovely week.

This is so pretty! Your new printer sounds wonderful.

A printer that meets our needs for cardmaking is a gem, isn't it. I looked up your new one on the internet as I am in the market for a new one as well, but it is not coming up on google for me...must not be available over here! lol

Beautiful card, Sharon. The image is lovely and that pretty butterfly and gorgeous corner piece look fabulous on this lovely card.

Another beautifully-designed card, Sharon! Love the image & coloring, of course; the wonderful bits of pink really pop on this! And I also love all the pretty embellies & the Frantage you added to your design! Very striking! :^)
Can't find your printer on-line, so they must not sell it in the US. Used to have an Epson that printed on any cardstock, but after it broke we got a Canon. Doesn't work with Cryogen, darn it! Oh well...
Have a wonderful week! :^)
Hugs, Penny

Hi, Sharon! I used to think there was nothing as precious as new love - so sweet and fresh. But now I think that "older love" is amazing, and am so grateful to have made the journey which a fabulous man. Thanks for bringing to mind, through your pretty artwork, the loving feelings we all experience throughout our lifetimes. hugs, de
