Inspiration post for Noor Design UK.

Good Morning.

As it is Wednesday, it is my turn to show you some inspiration using some gorgeous embellishments from Noor Design UK. Believe me, there is so much gorgeousness in Tracy's shop.

I shall be eagerly awaiting the Postman this week. It is my birthday on Saturday and Russ transferred some money into my account so that I could order lots of goodies from Noor Design ready for Saturday. I have asked him if he would wrap each item individually - I won't tell you his answer!!! I will be like a kid in a sweetshop.

On to my card.

The beautiful papers are by Maja Designs Sofiero collection.

The gorgeous chipboard is from Scrapiniec and is the Grapevine Oval Frame 01. The sentiment is from a sentiment set from Little Darlings.

As always, I have added lots of gorgeous flowers. The large white flower with the added pearl and diamante embellishment and the two smaller pink flowers which have the added stamens have been made using Foamiran and Rosy Owl dies.
Winding through the flowers is the pretty Pearl Cascade. The Lace is also new to the store and this one is called Elenor.

I am loving adding the bronze embellishments to my cards. They offer such a gorgeous contrast and dimension to the pretty flowers. The leaves are so bendable.
Just underneath the butterfly is one of the gorgeous new dies available in the shop from Fantasy. There are so many on my wish list.

Thank you all for stopping by today and for your lovely comments.

See you soon.

For my Friend

Good morning.

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter break.

It has been lovely having 4 days off work, though I am going back today for a rest!
I have spent two weeks sorting through all my craft room and have got rid of stuff I have had for probably 5 years or more. I needed to because I have moved my craft room into what was our living room, which was smaller, and visa versa.  Apart from needing a carpet for our living room, I am really pleased with my decorating. My craft room, though it is looking good, is not finished, so you will have to wait for some photos. Needless to say, I can now join the Blue Peter brigade as I am now an expert in covering things with sticky back plastic and spray paint!

Anyway, the reason I am here today is for my inspiration project for Noor Design UK.

The main focus of this card is the gorgeous Grapevine Heart from Scrapiniec. This set also comes with a smaller heart if you don't want it to be the main focus of your card.

I have really enjoyed making the Foamiran flowers today. There are so many possibilities for gorgeous flowers with the dies and foam. If you are a bit nervous about making Foamiran flowers, You Tube has so many tutorials.

The antique bronze leaf swirl, bronze leaf and bronze corners add weight and depth to the card.

I hope the return to work wasn't too painful this week.

Thank you all for stopping by and for your lovely comments.

See you all soon.

A new challenge at All About Magnolia.

Good morning.

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter. I have really enjoyed having four days off work though it has been extremely busy. As some of you may know from my last blog, I have been moving my craft room into the living room and visa versa. My craft room was far bigger than our living room (how indulgent of me)! and we realised last Christmas that we needed more space when we had visitors.
I still have work to do in both rooms but I am liking what I have done so far.

I am here today with a reminder for the challenge we have at

Our theme is

All About Easter or Spring.

We are being sponsored by

The adorable Magnolia image is Tilda with Bow Knot. This has to be one of my favourite Maggies.
For the base of my card I used the Fantasy Circles die. I love the stitched border on these dies.

The flowers are all available from Noor Design UK as are most of the products used to create this card. To the bottom of the card is ruffled lace to which pearl string has been added.

I would like to enter the following challenges.

In the Pink - Pearls

Thank you all for stopping by today and for your lovely comments which are always appreciated.

See you tomorrow for another post.

A new challenge over at Marvelous Magnolia.

Good morning to you all and Happy Easter. Hope you enjoy your short holiday whatever you are doing.

We have a new challenge starting today at Marvelous Magnolia.

Our theme for the challenge is Flowers. A nice easy one today - who doesn't like adding lot of flowers.

The prize for this challenge is a Guest spot on one of our up and coming challenges.

I have used a Dutch Doobadoo bottle tag with the adorable Magnolia image Cause I Love You.

Around the bottle tag hole in the top and the image mat is the die from Marianne Designs Anja's Butterfly. I love this die.

I added the vintage mirror and pretty lace butterfly which you can see close up below. The Birthday is by Srapiniec. To finish the tag I added lots of gorgeous flowers and metal leaves, all of which can be found at the Noor Design UK shop.

Thank you all for stopping by today and for your lovely comments.
Have a lovely weekend and I will see you again soon.

Hugs Sharon. x
